Appily Fiftythree handles personal data only to run a trustworthy seed shop — accounts, fulfilment, courier hand-off, and support. We do not sell customer lists.

2. Data we may hold

• Identity & login: name, email, verification state, and password credentials stored by our auth service.
• Fulfilment: delivery address, phone, basket contents, and chosen payment method.
• Support threads: messages sent via contact forms, Track & Support, or email to support@appilyfiftythree.com.
• Session diagnostics: browser/device signals needed to keep checkout secure and debug errors.

3. How data is used

We use personal information to verify accounts, pack and ship seed orders, communicate dispatch updates, resolve claims, and prevent abuse. Processors such as payment gateways and couriers receive only what they need to complete their role.

4. Retention

We keep order records for statutory, accounting, and warranty windows. You may ask us to close an unused account by writing to support@appilyfiftythree.com, subject to open-order and legal holds.

5. Your choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we control. We will respond within a reasonable period after identity verification.
